Crock pot Turkey Tenderloin, brussel sprouts and potatoes

2 sweet potatoes

3-4 red potatoes

5-6 brussel sprouts

1 lb turkey tenderloin

1 tsp garlic powder

salt, pepper

italian seasonings

olive oil

1/2 white onion

Peel and chop sweet potatoes, place in bottom of crockpot with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Chop red peppers, add, and season similarly. Trim and slice brussel sprouts in half, layer on top, and season similarly. Rub turkey tenderloin with oil, italian seasonings, garlic, salt and pepper, and lay on top. Quarter half onion, and spread pieces on top of the turkey. Cook on low 2.5-3.5 hours.
